We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Little Jack's Pet Supplies. However, if for any reason you decide to return an item then you can simply return to us for a full refund. If you wish to return an item you must email us at jack@littlejackspetsupplies.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order stating your name, address, order number, item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Returns must reach us within 28 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We cannot except returns for personalised items.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. 
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. 

Refunds are only provided on personalised items if they are faulty.

Late or missing refunds 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jack@littlejackspetsupplies.co.uk. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or defective we must be informed within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at jack@littlejackspetsupplies.co.uk with photo evidence of the defect or damage. 

Postage 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Little Jack's Pet Supplies Ltd, 10 The Cedars, Llanfoist, Abergavenny, NP7 9LX.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items that arrive to us damaged.
